1 1.5# round steak (use pre-cut stir fry meat)
Paprika
2 tbs butter (use own butter or oil at home)
Garlic Salt
1 10.5 oz can beef broth (sub 2 bullion cubes, add water at home)
1 onion
1 bell pepper (sub 1 bag frozen pepper/onion mix)
2 tbs cornstarch
¼ C water (add water at home)
¼ C soy sauce
Put steak strips seasoned with garlic salt in Ziploc. Onions and peppers in another small bag. Cornstarch, soy sauce in another bag. Add ¼ cup water at home. 2 cubes beef bullion in bag.
Pound round steak and cut into ¼” strips, sprinkle w/ paprika. Brown Meat in butter, add garlic salt to taste and beef broth. Cover, simmer 30 minutes. Cut onion and pepper into strips. Add to meat and simmer for 5 minutes. Mix cornstarch, water, soy sauce, and add to meat mixture. Simmer until thickens slightly. Serve over rice.
